Conservation Southeast works frequently with the Alabama Forest Resources Center and the Freshwater Land Trust on conservation easements and other conservation projects. To date, we have prepared 50 baseline documentation reports (BDRs) on over 80,000 acres. Other easement holders for whom CSE has prepared BDRs  include the University of Alabama, the Trust for Public Land, Weeks Bay Foundation, Landmarks of DeKalb County, AL, Pine Ridge Land Conservancy, City of West Point, GA, and Union County, GA.
